Delivery methods

The products listed in the Shipping Confirmation will be delivered to your chosen location within the time frame of 2-4 working days, however, we inform you that there may be delays compared to what is indicated due to increased workload at courier companies.

If for any reason other than Force Majeure we are unable to meet the delivery date, you may either place a new order or cancel your existing order and receive a full refund of the money you have paid for it. The money will be refunded to you within 14 business days.

Delivery will be deemed to have taken place when the selected product is delivered to you or a third party of your choice acting on your behalf and will be evidenced by the signature of the receipt of the order at the agreed delivery address.
